Waiting really is the hardest part

Praying our cabbage will be ready in about 4 weeks give or take. We had a cold spell followed by a warm few days which gave them a boost. Same scenario coming this week so perhaps they will again jump up. They sure look delicious though! Greg and I tried our first jars of sauerkraut this week (even Andy liked it) and decided that whatever we used to eat as sauerkraut was a criminal imposter.
